Designing a Treatment Plan
When designing a treatment plan, there are 3 things that we need to take into consideration:
What are the main areas of concern?
What is your budget?
What can we do within that budget?
Treatment options
In order to help your desired outcome, we need to select the treatment option best matched to your goals. Combining treatments may also be recommended.
Cryolipolysis
Cryolipolysis is best for the spot reduction of fat. The client should be close to their ideal outcome and looking to flatten out stubborn fat bulges. Cryolipolysis permanently destroys fat cells.
HI-EMS Sculpting
Electromagnetic Muscle Stimulation is a non-invasive way of body contouring that builds lean muscle and burns fat at the same time.
Ultrasonic Cavitation & Radio Frequency
Cavitation is best for larger areas and also for treating cellulite. Cavitation empties the fat cells of their contents and does not destroy the fat cells.
Cryolipolysis treatment design
Check the client's measurements (calipers & measuring tape)
Take the before photos in a standardized way.
Mark the treatment area while the client is standing and check in with the client to make sure you are both on the same page.
How many treatments
The number of treatments needed to see noticeable changes varies from person to person. Most clients will need anywhere between 1 to 3 treatments on the same targeted area to see optimal results.
A second treatment can be performed after 3-4 weeks, but no closer as the body needs time to recover. I typically tell my clients to wait 8 weeks or when they are seeing noticeable results. When planning an additional treatment, we will customize the plan, by varying the location of the applicator slightly.
